We offer SBS Modified systems in cold process along with multi ply BUR in cold process.  We have found that the cold process often delivers a better end product then the hot jobs, mostly due to the specific temperatures that hot asphalt must be applied at in order to achieve the proper bonding.  With the cold process there is no risk of fire from touches, no burns for being splashed and no rushing to get the membrane down before it cools too much.  This produces a higher quality product with less chance of installation error.
